Hawaii
University of Hawaii
University based in Honolulu that
was founded in 1907. The university's
main campus is in the Manoa Valley
of Honolulu on Oahu Island. There
are also UH university campuses on
the west side of Oahu Island, in
Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii,
and a college campus on Maui Island.
The UH system community colleges
are located in several locations
on Oahu Island, on Kauai Island,
and Hawaii Island. Professional
schools include the UH College of
Pharmacy, the John A. Burns School
of Medicine, and the William S.
Richardson School of Law.

Two year community college founded in 1981
that is located in a formerly hospital
building in Saipan in the United States
Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
Fiji
University of the South Pacific
Pacific region University based in Suva Fiji
that was founded in 1968. Provides upper level education
in many south Pacific regions,
territories, countries, and island groups,
including Cook Islands, Kiribati, Marshall Islands,
Nauru, Niue, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau,
Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, and several locations in Fiji,
including the university's main campus in the
Fijiian capital city of Suva.
Guam
Pacific Islands University
Four year college founded in 1976 as the
Micronesian Institute of Biblical Studies.
Its name was changed to Pacific Islands Bible
College in 1991, and in 2009 its name was
changed to Pacific Islands University.
Micronesia Federated States
College of Micronesia FSM
Two year college founded in 1963 as the Micronesian Teacher
Education Center. They have four campus locations
in the Federated Staets of Micronesia and they
offer two year associate degrees and one year
certificates of achievement.
New Caledonia
University of New Caledonia
University founded in 1987 as one of the
two campuses of the Universite Francaise du Pacifique
(French University of the Pacific). In 1999
that university split into two separate universities
and the name of the New Caledonia campus was changed
to Universite de la Nouvelle Caledonie (University of new Caledonia).
Palau
Palau Community College
Two year college founded in 1969 as the
Micronesian Occupational Center. The
center's facilities and goals were
expanded over the years, and in 1993 the
institution was renamed
"Palau Community College".
